- Your Assam state rank, NEET UG 2026 roll number, name, sex, category, total marks, percentile and All India NEET rank.
- The list is provisional: the state rank here is what your Assam counselling is based on, not your All India Rank.

- Find your name and check your state rank, category and marks are correct.
- If you spot a mistake, raise it with DME Assam within the objection window before the final list.
- Watch dme.assam.gov.in for the counselling schedule and choice filling.
