The Karnataka Examinations Authority has published the mock seat allotment result for the first round of medical and dental seats, released after 4.00 pm on 17 August 2026. Options entered up to 9.00 am on 13 August 2026 were considered.
This is a mock result, not an allotment
No admission can be taken against a seat shown in the mock result. KEA states plainly that because candidates may change, add or delete options after seeing it, the seats shown in the mock allotment may or may not be available in the actual allotment. The actual result will be published later.
The purpose is to let you see where your rank currently lands and adjust before the real thing.
Dates that matter
- Change options: till 9.00 am on 20 August 2026. Options can be added, removed, changed or modified. Candidates who have not entered any medical or dental options can still enter them now.
- Clause-A and Clause-Y candidates: till 6.00 pm on 18 August 2026. Those who qualified in UGNEET but have not registered or enrolled their roll number can register or link within this window, then enter options after downloading the verification slip.
Why this round is combined
KEA facilitated combined option entry across UGCET and UGNEET courses, so seat allotment has been made for all courses together on the basis of merit and priority of options. Because medical and dental courses were merged with the UGCET courses, and because the MCC revised the All India Quota schedule, KEA has announced the mock result first for this round as well and is giving candidates a chance to change or add options.
KEA has also published college-wise, course-wise and category-wise cut-off ranks on its website alongside the mock result.
