- Correction in the submitted form: 5 to 11 August 2026, up to 5:00 PM.
- Application fee: ₹5,900 for General and other categories, ₹2,950 for SC (both include 18% GST). Pay online by 11 August, 3:00 PM.
- Apply on the official portal: admission.bfuhsonline.ac.in.
Special categories (extra steps)
- NRI quota: submit the physical application form from 5 to 12 August 2026, up to 4:00 PM.
- Christian minority quota: eligibility verification at CMC, Ludhiana, from 5 to 12 August 2026, up to 5:00 PM.
- Sikh minority quota: eligibility verification at Sri Guru Ram Das Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Amritsar, from 5 to 12 August 2026, up to 5:00 PM.
- Sports category: submit two printed application forms, the Sports Gradation Certificate and self-attested documents in person at BFUHS, Faridkot, from 5 to 11 August 2026, up to 5:00 PM.
