MP NEET UG 2026 counselling: how to register, step by step

Round 1 registration for the Madhya Pradesh State combined NEET UG 2026 counselling (MBBS and BDS) is open. It runs from 5 August to 13 August 2026 (up to 11:59 PM) on the official portal, dme.mponline.gov.in. This guide explains how to register, what to keep ready, and links every official document.

How to register (step by step)

1. Open dme.mponline.gov.in and go to the MP NEET UG 2026 counselling registration.
2. Create your profile and log in using your NEET UG 2026 roll number and application number.
3. Fill your personal, academic and category details exactly as they appear on your documents.
4. Upload the scanned documents the portal asks for.
5. Pay the registration fee if the portal asks for it, and submit the form.
6. Note your registration number and save a copy. Finish before 13 August, 11:59 PM.

Documents to keep ready

Keep scanned copies ready before you start (check the official proforma for the exact list):

• NEET UG 2026 admit card and scorecard/result.
• Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets.
• Madhya Pradesh domicile (mulnivasi) certificate.
• Category certificate (SC / ST / OBC / EWS), if you claim a category.
• PwD (disability) certificate, if applicable.
• A valid photo ID, a passport photo and your signature.
