The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations has rescheduled the first phase of Kerala state counselling for MBBS and BDS, in line with the revised MCC schedule.

Candidates who have not registered any options can register new ones, and those who already have can rearrange or delete them. The allotment is based on the options standing at 11 am on 24 August.
Three additions in this notification
PIMS Palakkad joins this phase for MBBS. Palakkad Institute of Medical Sciences has been included in this phase of allotment. Its provisional annual fee is Rs. 8,98,800 for the general category and Rs. 21,65,720 for NRI.
15% All India Quota seats in self-financing dental colleges are open for option registration, irrespective of domicile. Allotment to those seats is subject to government approval, so treat them as provisional in a way the rest of the list is not.
Candidates whose results are withheld can still register options. Being withheld does not shut you out of the option window.
The change follows the MCC revising the All India Quota and state counselling schedule on 19 August 2026.
