The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh has released the NEET UG 2026 Round 1 state merit list for MBBS and BDS admission. If you registered for MP state counselling, you can now check your Madhya Pradesh state rank, which decides your position for Round 1 seat allotment.
The merit list ranks all eligible MP candidates by their NEET UG 2026 score. For each candidate it shows the MP state rank, the NEET UG 2026 all-India rank, the eligible category, domicile status, percentile and score out of 720. Your MP state rank, not your all-India rank, is what matters for state-quota seats.
How to read your rank
- Find your name or roll number and note your MP state rank and the category you have been listed under.
- Check that your category and domicile status are shown correctly. If something is wrong, raise it through the grievance process in the counselling schedule before choice filling closes.
- A lower state rank means an earlier turn in Round 1 allotment.
What to do now
- Note your MP state rank, then plan your choices before Round 1 choice filling.
- Compare last year’s Madhya Pradesh MBBS closing ranks and use our college predictor to see which colleges are realistic at your rank.
- Follow the dates and steps in our Madhya Pradesh counselling guide, and fill and lock your choices within the official window.
