The Rajasthan NEET UG counselling board has published college information sheets for the 2026 MBBS and BDS allotments: one page for every college in state counselling, 51 medical and 17 dental. Each page carries the college’s nodal officer, whether it has a hostel, and the bank account into which the first-year tuition fee has to be deposited.
The timing is tight. Choices auto-lock at 11:55 PM on 20 August. The Round 1 allotment result is due on 22 August, and allotted candidates then have five days, 23 to 27 August, to pay the first-year tuition fee and report. Fee deposit closes at 3:30 PM on 27 August.
What each sheet carries
- College name, address, official email ID and website
- Whether the college has a hostel for students
- Principal’s name and office phone number
- Nodal officer’s name, designation, office phone, mobile number and email ID
- Bank details for the fee: account name, account type, bank, account number, IFSC, branch name and branch city
- Who a cheque or demand draft should be drawn in favour of, and where it is payable
Colleges also carry an address on the board’s own domain, such as snmcjodhpur@neetrajasthan.com for Dr S N Medical College, Jodhpur. A query sent there goes to an official channel rather than a personal inbox.
Check the account name before you transfer
The name on the bank account is frequently not the name of the college. Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Hospital, Jaipur takes its fee into an account held by Mahatma Gandhi University of Medical Sciences & Technology. Dr B. S. Tomar Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Jagatpura banks as Indian Medical Trust. Government Dental College, Jodhpur uses an account named after Dr S N Medical College. A payee name that differs from the college name is normal here. A payee name that differs from the sheet is not.
Match four fields against the sheet for your allotted college before you move any money: account number, IFSC, account name and branch. Keep the transaction reference, because you will be reporting at a counter in Jaipur rather than at the college.
Reporting is centralised at SMS Medical College
Round 1 reporting and document submission happen at the allotted college’s desk in the Academic Block of SMS Medical College, Jaipur, from 23 to 27 August, 9 AM to 4 PM, with the counter open till 6 PM on 27 August. Candidates carry four printouts of the allotment letter, all original documents, the required bonds, and two copies of the application form with two sets of photocopies. The academic session begins on 8 September.
Some sheets have gaps
Not every field is filled in. Dr S N Medical College Jodhpur, RUHS College of Dental Sciences Jaipur and Government Dental College Jodhpur all leave the principal’s office phone number blank. The website field for Government Medical College, Karauli holds a Bing search link rather than a college website. Where a number is missing, the nodal officer’s mobile and the neetrajasthan.com email address are the working contacts.
Fee amounts are not on these sheets
The sheets say where to pay, not how much. The board’s Round 1 notification points candidates to a separate college fee structure document alongside the information bulletin, and to the Supreme Court order of 19 May 2022 in civil appeal no. 3978-3995/2017.
The security deposit is a separate payment made during choice filling, due by 6 PM on 20 August: ₹50,000 for a government MBBS seat in a government, government society, RUHS-CMS or ESIC college; ₹2 lakh for a management seat in a government society college or RUHS-CMS; ₹5 lakh for an NRI seat, or for any MBBS seat in a private college; and ₹10,000 for BDS.
What to do now
- Save the sheet for every college on your choice list, so the account details are in hand the moment the result comes on 22 August.
- Check your category’s seat count against earlier closing ranks before choices auto-lock on 20 August. Our Rajasthan MBBS closing ranks and BDS closing ranks pages show where each college closed in earlier rounds.
- Read the Rajasthan counselling guide for how freezing, floating and the later rounds work.
- Run your score through our free NEET rank predictor before you lock choices, to see which of these colleges are within reach.
Our earlier reports cover the Round 1 schedule and the Round 1 seat matrix, which lists 7,433 MBBS and 1,536 BDS state-quota seats across these same 68 colleges.
